This Reset Sundays conversation explores the difference between culture and trauma, challenging us to identify which behaviors help our communities thrive and which ones keep us trapped in survival mode. Through discussion, reflection, and a Check the Rhyme segment, we'll examine how messages about money, success, conflict, and identity shape our lives and ask a powerful question: Is it culture—or is it trauma pretending to be culture?

Too many men are learning fatherhood through trial, trauma, silence, or survival mode. Hood Summit: Fatherhood is a powerful community conversation created to help young and new fathers gain guidance, perspective, and support from men who’ve lived through the lessons already.
This special Fatherhood edition of Hood Summit will bring together fathers, mentors, community leaders, and healing voices for an honest dialogue about parenting, leadership, relationships, co-parenting, emotional growth, financial responsibility, and breaking generational cycles.
